Ray Rinkol
After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law, Ray’s first job was in Decorah at the Miller Law Office. In July 2023, he re-joined the Firm as a managing partner. Ray believes in hard work, honesty, and a commitment to the process in order to obtain the best results for his clients. He has a general practice of law, including but not limited to civil litigation and trials, employment law, personal injury and wrongful death, criminal law, and family law. He is licensed in Iowa and Wisconsin. Ray believes in community service and active participation in the bar association. Ray proudly serves the people, organizations, and businesses of Decorah and in the surrounding communities.
Ray grew up in Shelby, Nebraska, a small agricultural community. Ray and his five older sisters were the first in their family to go to college. Ray enjoys exploring the outdoors and grilling with friends and family. Ray and his wife live in Decorah with their three boys.
